Why does engineering machinery need special lubricating oil?

　　According to the market, many engineering machinery have people and users to use the lubricating oil of the ordinary car directly on the engineering machinery and equipment. This practice is not used by the machine. So what kind of construction machinery lubricants are suitable?
　　Special lubricating oil for construction machinery should deal with 4 major problems:

　　High sulphur fuel (high alkaline formula is required to avoid corrosion of the initiator caused by acid production when burning high sulphur fuel).
　　Harsh environment, especially dust (requiring super clean dispersity, controlling sludge caused by soot and dust).
　　Harsh conditions, slow speed, heavy load and long time operation (requiring excellent load and wear resistance, reducing wear of engine parts).
　　Poor maintenance conditions (requiring better wear resistance, anti oxidation and anti sludge function, extending the number of aircraft and decreasing maintenance cost).
　　Advantages of special lubricating oil for engineering machinery
　　Since the quality of the diesel is not stable in the outdoors, the sulfur content of diesel oil is higher and the acid content of the diesel is higher than that of the road vehicle. Good alkaline storage can neutralize acid burning in the whole maintenance cycle.
　　The oil changing cycle of the engine oil is usually about 250 hours, which is equivalent to 20000 kilometers in the car. It is about 3 times of the oil change cycle required for the car. At the same time, the oil sludge and carbon deposit occurred in the low speed and high load conditions are higher than that of the ordinary initiating machine, because the engine oil is very good for the construction machinery. The cleaning and anti-wear functions can be used to maintain the trigger in the whole oil changing cycle.
